Mental Health Support Network

Establish a comprehensive mental health support system addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, and social isolation common among PWDs. We'll provide weekly group counseling sessions, one-on-one therapy with trained counselors, peer support groups, crisis intervention hotline, and family counseling. A trained psychologist will visit monthly, and we'll train 10 peer counselors from the PWD community. The program includes stress management workshops, art therapy, music therapy, and recreational activities that promote emotional wellbeing and community bonding.
